What time is Check-in and Check-out?

Check-in is at 3pm and Check-out is 10am.  Feel free to request earlier or later times and we will try to accommodate you.

How often is the linen changed?

The linen is supplied by a professional laundering service used by several hotel chains in the area and is laundered offsite.  Fresh  linen is supplied for your booking according to the number of guests booked and removed after your departure.

Are beach towels provided?


Is the WIFI Internet, SMART TV’s and Foxtel cost including in the booking fee?

Yes it is!  This is all included in your booking and available for you to use onsite during your stay where available.

Are the houses suitable for families with young children?

Here are some the houses features which families have appreciated:

– secure front fence and perimeter allowing kids to circulate inside and outside the house
– 2 separate entertaining areas (inside and outside)
– The full foxtel package in the living room with movies and regular shows saving having to carry a large supply of DVD’s
– The kitchen has plastic plates, bowls and cups great for kids to avoid potential broken crockery
– The pool is great! There are pool toys and noodles to also play with
– 2 infant cots, highchairs and strollers
– close to the beach and great cafes within walking distance
– Laundry facilities including washing machine, dryer and clothes lines

 When do I need to pay to secure my booking?

To secure your booking, a 20% deposit is required immediately as dates can not be held.  The outstanding balance and security deposit are due 14 days prior to arrival.

Do we have to pay bond?

Yes, the bond is referred to as the “security deposit”.  This is included with your booking information.  The security deposit must be paid 14 days prior to arrival.

How can I pay for my booking?

Online using the secure payment facilities on the Visitah website.  If you would like to pay via direct deposit or another method, please email with your preferred dates and the number of guests.

Can I get an invoice/receipt?

A booking confirmation email will be sent after the booking is made.  If you require a Tax Invoice please email to request and it will be forwarded directly to you.

What happens to my money if I have to cancel my stay?

The Initial Deposit is refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival, less $85 administration fees.  The Balance and Security Deposit must be paid at least 14 days prior to arrival.

If the Booking is cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival, the Security Deposit will be returned.

What happens if I want to make a change to my booking?

Contact or call Carly on 0415 76 44 13.  We are definitely happy to help where we can!

Can we have a party?

No parties or events are permitted at the property this includes no schoolies, commercial usage or functions.  Please contact us directly to discuss your needs and we can work together to figure out suitable options.

May we have extra guests stay?

Visitors are permitted but any damages or incidents will be accountable to the booking guest.  To seek approval please contact Carly on 0415 76 44 13. If undisclosed guests stay overnight additional charges may apply or the stay may be terminated.

Do you have minimum stay requirement?

Let us know the check-in / check-out dates you are thinking and we are happy to discuss with you.  Most stays are minimum 3 – 7 nights but contact us so we can see what we can do for you.

What do we do if we break something or an appliance breaks down?

Contact Carly on 0415764413. Property security, damages, breakages, theft and loss are the responsibility of guest. Unreported occurrences may incur loss of security deposit and additional fees.

Where do we pick up/drop off keys?

All Visitah accommodate features keyless secure entry.  A unique pin code is provided prior to check-in along with further entry details.

What do we need to bring with us?

On arrival you will find an initial supply of consumables for your convenience.  Additional items can be purchased from nearby shops.  Check the compendium for details and direction to your nearest shops and services.

I want to bring my pet along. Is this possible?

We will consider all reasonable requests.  Pets are subject to approval and may incur an additional fee.
